Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a refund:

• Products must be purchased directly from Patch up Health.

• You must purchase sufficient quantity for uninterrupted daily usage for 90 days.

• You must register for the guarantee within 7 days of starting usage by emailing care@patchuphealth.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Baseline blood test report

• You must submit a progress update between Day 45–60 of usage at care@patchuphealth.com

• You must provide valid blood test reports taken:

  • Within 14 days before starting usage, and

  • Within 14 days after completing 90 days

• Refund requests must be submitted within 10 days of completing the program.

Refunds will not apply in cases of:

• Missing or invalid reports/submissions

• Purchases from unauthorized sellers or third-party market places

• Suspected misuse, fraud, or policy abuse

2. Eligibility Review: We will review your case to ensure all eligibility criteria are met.
3. Expert Assessment: If eligible, an impartial and qualified expert from our team will be assigned to evaluate your request and take a decision. The decision taken by the expert will be final.

Please note that our policy covers only the outcomes observed for a duration of 90 days from the beginning of the usage period. It does not extend to any future results or declines occurring after this period. Patch up reserves the right to review all submissions and reject claims that do not meet the above conditions. All refund decisions made by Patch up shall be final.
