Cancellation Policy

Your order can only be cancelled if it is yet to be shipped. To cancel, please write to our customer support team on team@patchuphealth.com

In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the refund shall be processed by us within 14 business days after the cancellation request has been acknowledged.

Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.

Refund Policy

For reasons pertaining to safety, hygiene and nature of the product, we do not offer refunds or accept returns on our products.

Replacement Policy

We offer product replacements under specific circumstances. Should you receive an incorrect or damaged item, we would be pleased to arrange a replacement. To facilitate this, we kindly request that you submit a video recording of the package opening to our email address within 24 hours of delivery. Please note that claims cannot be processed without this video documentation. We highly recommend recording the package opening to ensure a smooth and efficient replacement process.

Alternatively, should a customer desire a product replacement, we are pleased to offer this service. However, please note that the customer will be responsible for the associated logistics charges. Furthermore, customers are kindly requested to submit their replacement requests via email.

Replacements will not be accepted if the product has been used and/or the seal has been broken for the product and/or the serial number has been tampered with. On receipt of the returned product, Patch Up will proceed to inspect the same and validate the claim.

INSURANCE

The Company shall provide only transit insurance which shall be valid up to the time of acceptance of delivery of the products only.

SHIPPING, DELIVERY AND RETURNS

All orders and dispatched within 72 hours. Patch Up is working with high-speed logistics to provide the smoothest service we can. Due to unseen circumstances there can be issues that delay the process of shipping which can cause an indefinite delay. Our customer management team will contact you on this basis providing updates.
